ABOUT THE FARM
This lot comes from Finca Divino Niño, in the municipality of Oporapa, at around 1,710 metres above sea level. The farm covers 5 hectares, 3 of them planted with coffee, and the harvest usually runs from April to December.
The farm is run by producer José Raires Cabrera Losada, who grows and processes the coffee as a family project. This lot was washed, with an initial 24-hour fermentation in sealed bags followed by a further 48 hours in an open tank. The beans were then dried under a parabolic dryer for about 22 days, until they reached the right moisture level for storage.
